Level 2 Training

You may have noticed there's a new class on the schedule for wednesday nights at 6pm. 

 

"Level 2 Training" is a class geared towards our upper level, competitive CrossFit athletes. Anyone who plans to enter division 1 at an upcoming challenge or who will be participating in the CrossFit Games Open Qualifiers next year should be attending these training sessions. This is the time to get coaching on your advanced skills (muscle ups, handstand pushups, etc) and more technical movements. 

There will be a WOD in this class, but it will not be announced ahead of time and there will be no scaling. Come prepared for anything!
