Loonies for Lacey
A Fundraiser for Multiple Sclerosis Research
Lacey Andreas is one of the trainers here at BRIO - you know, the one who's always smiling? What you might not know is that Lacey fights her own battle with MS every day - and clearly she's winning!
This Saturday Apr 17 we're asking you to scrounge up your loonies and help us raise funds to support Lacey's team (the moo-shoo warriors) in the upcoming MS Walk.
Here's how it works...
The WOD for both the 9am and noon groups will be:
200 PushUps for time
Each rep goes from top to top. Every time you need to take a break, throw $1 in the bucket, do 20 air squats, then continue.
All are welcome and we will scale this workout as needed. Feel free to drag a friend along, as long as they come prepared with heavy, jingly jangly pockets :-)
