SCHEDULE CHANGES

We are very excited to have so many dedicated athletes training in our gym and we appreciate your patience as we figure out our new winter schedule. In an effort to accomodate as many people as we can around the busy 5pm time, we are making 4:30pm and 5:15pm class times available every day. Each of these shorter classes will have a maximum of 8 people to ensure we can still get through any workout in the time allotted, no matter what the weather. We will do our best to accomodate everyone until we move, so please don't hesitate to talk to us about any concerns. If it's possible for you to make it to other classes, please take advantage of the many other times available to help us lighten the load at 4:30/5:15.

We've also added a tuesday 9:30am class this week, and will be looking at a thursday 9:30 in the weeks ahead. Hopefully this will help spread out the demand for the busy morning class too.

Also, we will no longer be asking everyone to complete their general warm up ahead of the start of the class. As of today, you can show up right at the class start time, shoes on and ready to go! This applies to all the classes.

Finally, make sure you are signed in for the class you are planning to attend. We will be sticking to our cap of 10 people as the weather forces us indoors.
