15 thrusters (95/65#)

15 Pull ups

 

Strength bias

5 rounds for time

Run 250m

6 Thrusters (135/95#)

6 Strict Pull Ups

 

What's this srength bias thing you ask? This is a new option for some of our athletes looking to focus on improving strength without sacraficing their conditioning (you know who you are). These workouts will be heavier, generally lower rep, RX only and should only be done if you are already in the advanced stages of CF training. The strength bias will closely follow the main programming and be available in any of the class times.
