Hart and Boss battle through a tough first WOD
Just a reminder there will be no classes today... enjoy your day of rest and come cheer on Team Brio at the Bridge City Beat Down.
Here's a break down of the Beasts first WOD:
Jocelyn came in 2nd place over all
Kristi won her heat and is sitting high up in the rankings
Iain and Boh crushed the WOD and placed well
Boss and Joe squeaked in a tight finish
Hartley and Tim struggled with the Handstand Push ups but put in a great effort. They'll get credit for all successful reps.
