Games Qualifier WOD #1
As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double Unders
15 Power Snatches (75/55#)

Here are the results (pdf) from today's friendly throwdown between CrossFit BRIO and CrossFit Saskatoon. Great work, great enthusiasm, and great energy delivered by all! Can't wait to do it again in a couple weeks.
