"Moving Day"
Part 1 - Within your team each person must complete:
4 rounds of
25 Deadlifts
25 DB Thrusters
25 KB Swings or SDLHP's
Move your weight
Part 2 - As a team:
Tire Flip the alley
100 Tire jumps
Tire flip back
and finish with 100 Inverted Burpees or Body Blasters
Details will be revealed at the start of the class!!! This is going to be a fun one ;-)
