Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

 

You must move immediately from the bench press to the pullups, but you can rest as needed between rounds. If you can't bench press body your body weight, work with 80% of your 1RM (compare to Dec 11) or 70% of your 3RM (compare to Dec 8).
