The CrossFit BRIO Spring LEANing Challenge
starts Monday April 12
The challenge runs for 6 weeks until May long weekend. Why May long? Well, the CrossFit Regina Spring Challenge is May 22 and that's a good deadline to be in tip top shape. Plus, bathing suit season is coming up dangit!
What's the deal?
1. Submit yourself for before and after photos.
Men in shorts and women in shorts and sports bra. We'll snap front, back, and side views. These photos remain private and will never appear on the internet. There are no weigh ins and no measurements. We're basing this part on aesthetic only because not everyone is even trying to lose weight necessarily. Regardless of weight we all know what a more athletic physique looks like.
2. Throw $25 in the pot.
3. Log what you eat.
We've created a google user group where you will post what you're eating each day. You do not have to be 100% paleo. Just commit to making a change, no matter how big or small. If you already have your nutrition dialed in, post what you're eating so others can draw ideas and inspiration from your good habits! We are all in this together.
4. Perform a baseline WOD
at the beginning and at the end of the challenge.
To get started, join us for one of two nutrition seminars next week. We'll talk about the basics of our recommended approach to food, where to make the most effective changes, and allow time for all the questions you might have. We will also take the before pics at these times

How do you win?
Your coaches will pick the top 3 men and top 3 women based on the before and after photos and performance on the baseline WOD. You must have kept up with logging your food the entire 6 weeks to be eligible to win. The participants will vote for a male and a female winner from among the 3 finalists.
And what do you win?
The top guy and top girl will each get half the money that everyone contributes to the pot plus a free "1 month unlimited" CrossFit membership! Oh, and of course that rockin hot bod and host of new PRs...
