Sunday May 29 - "Fight Gone Bad'

For those of you that haven't seen it, this is the best bacon we've come across that's readily available at most grocery stores.  No nitrites, no weird stuff, just delicious pig... mmm.

 

 

WOD:

 

"Fight Gone Bad"

3 Rounds of 1 min at each of the following stations:

Wall Balls (20/14)

Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/55)

Box Jumps (20")

Push Press (75/55)

Rower (for calories)

Rest

 

 

Compare to March 5 or Oct 1

 

 

Today at 4pm at the Shaw centre we will be doing a swimming wod for anyone that wants to change things up.

50m Swim

25 Push ups
