A busy day of heavy lifting and a ton of PR's
Great job to everyone who took part in yesterday's CrossFit Total. It was truly inspiring to see all the new records and the support you gave each other was fantastic! All of your hard work is really paying off. We could say great things about everyone but a here are a few standouts that deserve recognition:
Corinne, who was unable to back squat 25lbs when she first started, hit 65lbs less than a month later!
Brett. C, who PR'd both his Squat and DL by over 25%.
Brett G. who came out with an 825 and Curtis who got 875, both on their first time with the CFT.
Laura and Nakuna who are our first girls to Deadlift 300lbs!
Keep up the great work everyone! You are all what makes CrossFit such a special thing to be a part of!
