Seven rounds for time of:
3 Front Squats (185/135)
7 L-pull-ups

 

Intermediate

7 Rounds for time of:

- 3 Front Squats (135/95)

- 15 Pullups

After you're done that, but before your clock stops you must accumulate 60 total seconds of hanging L-Sit hold, in however many sets/attempts it takes.

 

Novice

3 Front Squats (95/65)

7 Pullups

7 Hanging Straight Leg Raises
