Death by Kettlebell Clean and Jerks. 

 

With a continuously running clock do 1 rep the first minute, 2 reps (alternating arms) the second minute, 3 reps the third minute. Continuing until you can no longer complete the number of reps within the minute. Your score is the highest rep/rounds completed.
