Power Balance Wristbands, yet another BS "health" product, called out for it's hoo-ha marketing claims and forced to admit there is no credible science behind their product.

When you find yourself being lured in by claims of easy results, remember - there's no short cut around hard work. There's no magic pills, no butt-toning shoes, no special water, and definitely no wizard magnet bracellets. Want to really improve your strength, balance, and flexibility? Lets do some overhead squats!

"The 12 Days of January"

1 Dumbbell Turkish Get Up

2 Pull Ups

3 Burpees

4 Ab Mat Sit Ups

5 DB Squat Cleans

6 Push Ups, hands on dumbbells

7 Box Jumps

8 Air Squats

9 Toe to Bar

10 Walking Lunges, each leg

11 Dumbbell Thrusters

12 1-arm Dumbbell Power Snatches, each arm


The rep scheme for this WOD works like the song The 12 Days of Christmas. 1 Turkish Get Up, then 1 Turkish Get Up + 2 Pullups, then 1 Turkish Get Up + 2 Pullups + 3 burpees, etc. until you get all the way down to the 12 snatches.
