
Every new athlete begins with 2 personal training sessions to learn the basics of the CrossFit Program. We also have ongoing personal training available for individuals in certain situations. Working with your trainer, you will build your general fitness base (we call this general physical preparedness) and gain familiarity with our movements (safety is key!). - are concerned with fat loss and/or improved body composition
- are looking for accountability and an extra push
- are new to exercise or are just getting back to it
- have been referred to us by a physician, physical therapist or chiropractor
- have specific performance goals (marathon, football season, etc.)
- have significant health or orthopaedic issues
Your trainer will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace for you. After a certain period of time with person training, some athletes choose to join the group training times. Those individuals with significant health or orthopaedic issues will continue with private training.

One Hour Sessions
Single 1 hour Session - $60
Package of 12 one hour sessions - $600 (2 free!)
Package of 25 one hour sessions - $1200 (5 free!)
Half Hour Sessions
Single half hour Session - $40
Package of 12 half hour sessions - $400 (2 free!)
Package of 25 half hour sessions - $800 (2 free!)
